"Sometimes" by Sheenagh Pugh is a wonderful poem that is one that I love. Apparently the author hates this poem and just scribbled it down and never wanted it to be seen, but now it is her most known piece of poetry. I think that it is such a realistic poem that talk about real problems and real struggles, but the world is not that bad.

Sometimes by Sheenagh Pugh (b. 1950)' Sometimes things don't go after all, from bad to worse. A people sometimes will step back from war; elect an honest man; decide they care enough, that they can't leave some stranger poor.
